Trey Anastasio Band and Goose Confirm Webcasts for Fall 2022 Tour via LivePhish

Trey Anastasio’s group and goose announced webcasts for the next eight dates of their co-headlining tour via Live Phish. The tour’s initial announcement in August promised “a full set from each band with unique collaborations” at each stop.

The tour kicks off Nov. 9 with a show in Portland, ME’s Cross Insurance Arena and continue this weekend with performances at Lowell, MA’s Tsongas Arena (11/11), Uncasville, Connecticut Mohegan Sun Arena (11/12) and Glens Falls, NY cool insurance arena (11/13). Goose and Trey Anastasio Band will head from there to Moon, PA’s UPMC Events Center (11/15) before completing their joint run with concerts in Fairfax, VA EagleBank Arena (11/17), Syracuse, NY OnCenter War Memorial Arena (11/18), and Reading, PA Santander bullring (11/19).

LivePhish, the nugs.net– streaming provider for the main project of TAB and Anastasio, Phishing, will offer pay-per-view live streams of each show in addition to a discounted full webcast pass. The webcasts will be offered in HD and 4K and are available for purchase in various packages, some of which also include official tour merchandise.

Trey Anastasio Band and Goose have been busy preparing for their highly anticipated joint tour. Anastasio just wrapped up a series of Halloween shows with TAB in Chicago. On October 31, Phish quietly released a studio version of Get more down by sci-fi soldierthe futuristic album the band crafted and “covered” for Halloween 2021. Later this year, the quartet will return to Madison Square Garden for a four-night New Year’s run. Goose has been off the road since wrapping up his fall tour in Austin, Texas earlier this month. On Tuesday, November 1, the band will make their late-night television debut with a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Outside of their usual group structures, the members of both groups also drew inspiration from other projects. goose Rick Mitarotonda and the band Trey Anastasio Jennifer Hartwick, James Caseyand Natalie Cresman recently dipped their toes in the waters of the Grateful Dead as part of a three-night stay Phil Lesh and his friends switch to The Capitol Theater in Port Chester, New York. That same weekend, Trey Anastasio and Goose’s Pierre Anspach were spotted together at Forest Hills Stadium attend a performance by Australian psych-rockers King Gizzard and the Lizard Sorcerer.
