Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. – April 5, 2021 – Brightline, a leading manufacturer of video lighting systems, today announced that the Tod Bush Leadership Center in Addison, TX has installed a presenter lighting kit in its room. core training to help deliver better presentations to a live and online audience.

The TBLC provides affordable faith-based training, retreat accommodation, and office space for churches and nonprofit organizations. In early January, the center hosted an online seminar focusing on the mental health of full-time pastors. Although the event was well received, Brian Summerall, director of the TBLC, was not happy with the presenter’s “lackluster” lighting.

“Lighting makes all the difference,” he said. “We have studio lights, but they’re intrusive. We had to find a solution – and Brightline was the solution.

At the end of February, the Presenter Lighting Kit was installed in the main training room, which can accommodate up to 35 people and is equipped with two PTZ cameras for live streaming. “We love the new lights,” Summerall said. “They’re compact, easy to install and look great, especially with the backlighting. “

According to Summerall, the Presenter Light Kit provides focused lighting that doesn’t overwhelm the instructor or distract them from the aesthetics of the room. “No one knows they’re there. They blend into the room until you turn them on, ”he added. “The instructor won’t notice, but people online will see a big difference. “

“The installation of the Tod Bush Leadership Center is a perfect example of how the Presenter Lighting Kit can help live and remote speakers,” said Kathy Katz, Managing Partner of Brightline. “Video conferencing and streaming content will continue to be important for business and educational applications. Teachers, business leaders and others need good lighting that focuses on them, where it belongs, without erasing presentations on nearby screens.

Launched last year, the Presenter Lighting Kit uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) and wireless control to provide simple and affordable lighting for individual presenters. It is designed around a familiar three-point lighting design and uses Flex-T recessed lighting LED panels for drop ceilings or drywall. The PoE control unit enables IP control for reduced installation costs, while its COR-TAP Wi-Fi access point allows access to system configuration through any web browser.
